The Imperial Banquet responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the Hotel and all details pertaining to functions being held in all Banquet and Meeting rooms in keeping with the standards prescribed by management. The position is primarily concerned with front of house activities.
Our carefully landscaped lawns can accommodate and entertain upto 800 guests. We even arrange for Live Musical performances, food stalls, decorative lights and flowers to bring alive the ambience and even bon-fires in winter. Event planning ‘extraordinaire’ is the best way to describe our Banquet services.
Hotel event coordinators are responsible for producing an outline of the event's needs. This outline includes such details as meeting space, lodging for guests, food and drink accommodations, telecommunications, audio-visual needs and transportation. Event coordinators also draw up a contract for the client to sign, spelling out all of the details agreed upon.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and brand new, has a warm atmoshphere and the foods was also great.
